We don't sell houses. We place lives in their proper setting.
For twenty-six years, Veridian has operated less like a brokerage and more like a private atelier — a small house of specialists who study architecture, light, provenance and neighborhood the way a curator studies a painting. Our clients arrive by referral and stay for generations.
Most of our finest work is invisible: the estate that changed hands before it was ever photographed, the penthouse acquired in a single, quiet conversation. Discretion is not a service we offer — it is the material we build with.

Every principal room faces south-west, tuned to the last two hours of the day. The kitchen — Calacatta, blackened oak, a nine-foot skylight — was designed around a single question: where will winter mornings be spent?
